Marlene Bauer brings to Selectica 18 years of experience in contract management and professional services. As Vice President of Professional Services, Ms. Bauer is responsible for leading an organization that provides pre-sales support and solution implementation services for the company’s contract lifecycle management and sales configuration solutions. Her organization also contributes to the development of corporate product and services solutions and strategies. Prior to joining Selectica, Ms. Bauer served as Vice President of Professional Services at contract management software provider Ecteon. Her previous positions include Vice President of Professional Services at Contract Management Solutions, Inc. (CMSI), and Senior Director of Professional Services at Ariba. Ms. Bauer also has extensive experience in financial analysis, pricing modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control through roles at British Petroleum and International Computer Negotiations (ICN).

Ms. Bauer earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, as well as Master of Arts and Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees from Northern Illinois University.
