Ron Clyde

Vice President and General Manager, Contract Management Solutions

With more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, Ron Clyde is Selectica’s Vice President and General Manager of Contract Management Solutions. Before this appointment, Ron served as Vice President of Sales for the division and was a key member of the team that drove a 350 percent increase in contract management-related revenue and an increase of 50 percent in the customer base.

Ron joined Selectica from Emptoris where he spent two years as a sales account executive specializing in contract management solutions. Prior to that he spent four years as a senior IT consultant at KPMG. Ron also worked at Oracle for 10 years, including a three-year stint as senior practice director in the consulting division where he was responsible for design and implementation of enterprise solutions. In addition, Ron was also president of R2 Information Systems, a firm that specialized in building custom IT solutions and implementing packaged solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
