Director Client Success - North East Region

Iasta, a Selectica Company, is currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager to improve and increase software adoption, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty to Strategic Heads of Department within client organizations.

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be expected to increase user satisfaction and client retention, moving clients into a more strategic partner relationship with Iasta and offering and selling additional services to clients. You will be expected to analyze current client use of our tools and services and promote best practices, better engagement, and increased collaboration between client and Iasta teams. You will also create and define an Account Success plan, including future sales plans and opportunities, and up-sell to the promotional plan.

Responsibilities

     
  • Create Strategic plan for individual territory and key strategic accounts
  •  
  • Define/Manage opportunities and Risks
  •  
  • Reporting using CRM and meeting with Senior Management
  •  
  • Co-ordinate activities with various internal stakeholders e.g link between Sales and Operations
  •  
  • Provide strategic support and deployment services to new and existing clients. On boarding of new clients
  •  
  • Provide clients support around the software and services both onsite and web based
  •  
  • Assist clients in understanding the value of the technology and helping customers improve their business processes
  •  
  • Manage new clients by assisting with adoption and deployment
  •  
  • Co-ordinate strategic support for new clients
  •  
  • Develop new features and services and processes to better support clients
  •  
  • Assist in scoping software features based on client feedback
  •  
  • Incorporate skills which support client account management and up selling opportunities
  •  
  • Look for up sell opportunities based on promotional plan
  •  
  • Meet with existing clients to review their current situation and identify additional opportunities for them to achieve greater adoption and success through software and professional services
  •  
  • Assist as needed to the late stage sales process
  •  
  • Help create and define future sales plans and opportunities

Requirements

     
  • Bachelor’s degree
  •  
  • Strong project management experience with a focus on procurement, supply chain, financial analysis, and/ or Strategic Sourcing and vendor management
  •  
  • Proven track record of driving team performance for success in development of accounts/ revenue streams. Demonstrated record of achieving exceptional results. Superior analytical, negotiation, presentation and writing skills
  •  
  • Strong history of superior human relations skills - dealing sensitively and effectively with others, setting and monitoring goals and motivating peers and associates
  •  
  • Skilled in developing sales penetration and growth strategies at targeted accounts. Proficient in assessing customer needs. Enthusiasm for eSourcing technology and Learning how to relate strategic eSourcing initiatives to all business sectors
  •  
  • Corporate purchasing experience and/or esourcing experience beneficial but not required
  •  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  
  • Knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
