Job Description

Selectica is seeking a PMO Associate who will be an integral member of our Professional Services Team and will focus on supporting the growing demand of our innovative Strategic Sourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software solutions.  This position will report directly to the CIO.

This position is located in Carmel, Indiana or Atlanta, Georgia.


  • Establish and manage various project artifacts in Jira, Confluence, and Google Doc repository across the portfolio of professional service projects
  • Coordinate billable time collection and reporting across department staff
  • Coordinate project staffing needs, resource availability, and resource assignments with professional service team leads
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly department KPI, pipeline and utilization reports
  • Define and document new processes
  • Evaluate current processes and work with Professional Service team lead to refine, improve and standardize across delivery teams
  • Coordinate pipeline activities with vendors and partners
  • Manage internal projects from time to time


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.  Technical or Business oriented field with technical focus preferred.
  • Must possess strong computer skills and mastery of Google Docs, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. Accounting and budget experience desired.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal (in-person and over the phone), written (e-mail and documents), and excellent presentation skills
  • High aptitude for learning and an exceptional ability to apply new skills
  • Can combine analytical skills with a business understanding to provide internal customers with the data and insights that will drive continued success
  • Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and able to work in an ambiguous and/or changing environment
  • 3+ years’ experience in working in a PMO managing aspects of projects, programs and/or portfolios
  • 3+ years’ experience documenting and/or defining processes
  • Experience with enterprise-level projects (ECM, CLM, SCM, CRM or ERP)
  • Experience working in a Professional Services organization
