Our Operations team is looking for a Project Manager to assist with Technical Support, Customer Implementation and fully managed eSourcing Projects. This position reports to Manager of Client Services and will provide proactive support of client projects. The Project Manager will assist with additional value-add client offerings, such as monthly client adoption webinars, vendor training and "Monthly User Calls" (our regular user forum for discussing various topics).
Assist with Client Strategy/Account Management tasks
Willingness to develop expertise with SmartSource and Carbon platforms
Provide “overflow” support on scoped, billable project work
Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product offerings and policies
Actively participate in a team environment by communicating issues and project work
Provide updates on team progress to management
Complete tasks within critical deadlines
Assist in managing metrics and ensuring your team meets goals
Provide suggestions that would enhance Selectica’s applications
BS degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
At least 2 years of experience in Project Management and Customer Service
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of previous experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent Windows, Excel, Gmail, NetSuite, JIRA and Salesforce skills
